Jamie Herrmann, CHC, PTA
Board of Trustee
Beginning her healthcare career as a Physical Therapy Assistant, Jamie spent much of her clinical practice working with older adults across a variety of settings, including acute care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, aquatic therapy, and home health. She later owned and operated a therapy company for nearly 10 years, providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in skilled nursing facilities.
Her career evolved into healthcare administration and compliance through a position with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), where she assumed responsibility for Revenue Cycle and Risk Management operations. In this role, she gained extensive experience in Medicare and Medicare Advantage billing, provider credentialing and privileging, revenue cycle management, and the integration of social determinants of health (SDOH) into healthcare delivery and planning.
Since joining AAA7 in August 2024, she has drawn upon both her clinical and administrative expertise to help guide the agency's transition to the Next Generation MyCare model, supporting innovative, person-centered approaches to serving older adults and individuals with complex care needs
