2026 OAGE Conference Registration Rates/Information
Registration includes several options to fit your needs. A separate fee applies for the Pre-Conference Session, while Main Conference registration is tiered for Professionals, Students, and Retirees to ensure accessibility for all.
If you are attending as part of a confirmed Partner organization, you will receive a special registration code once your partnership is secured—this code will allow you to register for the Main Conference as part of your partnership package.
Registration for Pre-Conference, April 16, 2026 (9:30AM - 11:00AM)
- $50 (October 27th – March 22nd)
- *Includes Light Continental Breakfast
Main Conference Registration for Professionals:
- Early-Bird Rate: $170 (October 27th, 2025 – January 31st, 2026)
- Regular Rate: $190 (February 1st, 2026 – March 21st, 2026)
- Late Registration Rate: $210 (after March 22nd, will only be accepted as space permits. Please email conference@oage.org if you need Late Registration)
Main Conference Registration for Students/ Retirees:
- Early-Bird Rate: $85 (October 27th, 2025 – January 31st, 2026)
- Regular Rate: $105 (February 1st, 2026 – March 21st, 2026)
- Late Registration Rate :$115 (after March 22nd, will only be accepted as space permits. Please email conference@oage.org if you need Late Registration)
Continuing Education Rate:
- $20/ registration (in addition to pre-conference & conference rates)

2026 Conference Hotel Room Rates
OAGE has secured a discounted rate for the conference at $203/night which includes taxes and fees with either a King bed or Two Queen beds.
Reservation requests must be made by Sunday, March 15, 2026, to receive the discounted rate. We encourage all attendees to secure their rooms before the deadline to ensure access to the conference rate.
