2026 OAGE Conference Registration Rates/Information

Registration for Pre-Conference, April 16, 2026 (9:30AM - 11:00AM)

• $50 (October 27^th – March 21^nd)
  • *Includes Light Continental Breakfast

Main Conference Registration for Professionals:

• Regular Rate: $190 (February 1^st, 2026 – March 21^st, 2026)
• Late Registration Rate: $210 (after March 22^nd, will only be accepted as space permits. Please email conference@oage.org if you need Late Registration)

Main Conference Registration for Students/ Retirees:

• Regular Rate: $105 (February 1^st, 2026 – March 21^st, 2026)
• Late Registration Rate :$115 (after March 22^nd, will only be accepted as space permits. Please email conference@oage.org if you need Late Registration)

Continuing Education Rate:

• $20/ registration (in addition to pre-conference & conference rates)

Reserve Your Hotel Room for the Conference

OAGE has secured a discounted rate for the conference at $203/night which includes taxes and fees with either a King bed or Two Queen beds.

Reservation requests must be made no later than Sunday, March 15, 2026 to receive this rate. Because rooms are filling quickly, attendees are strongly encouraged to call the hotel directly to secure their reservation. All reservations are subject to the hotel’s overall room availability at the time of booking.

Right after the final conference session, skip the traffic and join us from 5:30–6:30 PM for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of one of college football’s most iconic venues and on the eve of the Spring game!

Walk the same turf as Buckeye greats from past and present—from legendary names like Archie Griffin and Woody Hayes to today’s rising stars and coaching leaders. This is your chance to stand where champions are made and traditions run deep.

Your tour includes access to the field, press box, Huntington Club, NetJets Landing, and the University/President’s Suite—plus a commemorative coin to mark the occasion.

Separate registration is required. Bring your family and be part of Buckeye history!

Stadium Tour Registration Deadline: April 3
To ensure an accurate headcount for our exclusive Ohio Stadium tour on April 17, attendees must register for the tour no later than April 3. Space is limited, and this deadline allows us to provide our partners with the required advance notice. Registration after April 3rd will not be permitted.
