Registration Now Open for the 2026 OAGE Conference!
Get ready to reimagine aging at the 2026 Ohio Association of Gerontology and Education (OAGE) Conference! This year’s theme, “Aging Reframed: Empowering Generations for Impact,” invites you to explore the powerful intersections of multigenerational influence, the impact of ageism on health and wellbeing, and innovative solutions for our rapidly aging population.
Join thought leaders, practitioners, educators, students, and advocates as we challenge outdated narratives and elevate new perspectives on aging. This is more than a conference—it’s a movement to reshape how we think, talk about, and act on aging in our communities.
2026 OAGE Conference Registration Rates/Information
Registration includes several options to fit your needs. A separate fee applies for the Pre-Conference Session, while Main Conference registration is tiered for Professionals, Students, and Retirees to ensure accessibility for all.
If you are attending as part of a confirmed Partner organization, you will receive a special registration code once your partnership is secured—this code will allow you to register for the Main Conference as part of your partnership package.
Registration for Pre-Conference, April 16, 2026 (9:30AM - 11:00AM)
- $50 (October 27th – March 22nd)
- *Includes Light Continental Breakfast
Main Conference Registration for Professionals:
- Early-Bird Rate: $170 (October 27th, 2025 – January 31st, 2026)
- Regular Rate: $190 (February 1st, 2026 – March 21st, 2026)
- Late Registration Rate: $210 (after March 22nd, will only be accepted as space permits. Please email conference@oage.org if you need Late Registration)
Main Conference Registration for Students/ Retirees:
- Early-Bird Rate: $85 (October 27th, 2025 – January 31st, 2026)
- Regular Rate: $105 (February 1st, 2026 – March 21st, 2026)
- Late Registration Rate :$115 (after March 22nd, will only be accepted as space permits. Please email conference@oage.org if you need Late Registration)
Continuing Education Rate:
- $20/ registration (in addition to pre-conference & conference rates)

2026 Conference Room rates
OAGE has secured a discounted rate for the conference at $203/night which includes taxes and fees with either a King bed or Two Queen beds.
Reservation requests must be made no later than Monday, March 16, 2026 to receive this rate. If you are requesting a reservation after this date, please contact the hotel directly for availability; toll free 866-247-4003.
